Plan Development. Small Bizz MBA offers all members at any level of membership the opportunity to develop and implement their own marketing, branding and advertising plans. This is accomplished through our three step eLearning training program, comprised of market research, plan development and plan implementation. Once the plan is implemented, we provide guidance on an ongoing basis to help our members monitor and adjust their plans as required.
Specialized Training. We offer specialized eLearning training for each type of strategy selected and included by members in their plans. Examples include the effective use of: 1. social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.), 2. mobile media (SMS marketing), 3. print ads (ad creation, messaging, content marketing, etc.), 4. email marketing, 5. real world social networking, 6. community relations and involvement, 7. customer/client relations, 8. public relations, 9. self-promotion, 10. brand identity, 11. websites, and much more. We also offer industry-specific and functionally-specific training courses for members. Networking and Social Events. We also offer opportunities for members to network and socialize with other members through regularly-scheduled events, designed to allow members to develop and hone their networking and public interaction skills. Some of these events will be designed for pure business networking while others will be social or community oriented.
One-on-One Consultative Support. We also offer one-on-one consultative services to members seeking additional hands-on support ,over and above our online and live resources. These services are offered at both pre-designed program and custom-tailored levels, depending on assistance required by the members.
Classroom Seminars and Webinars. We also offer monthly seminars, webinars and training sessions on a specific aspect of marketing, branding and advertising. Guest speakers and seminar leaders will lead these sessions and the cost for attendance will be dependent on your membership level.
Affiliate Products and Services. We also offer products and services necessary to implement and maintain your marketing, branding and advertising plans through approved affiliate providers. Examples of these services include mobile media marketing services (text messaging), website development, email marketing, customer data base management, media companies (magazines, television, radio, newspapers, coupon services, etc.), and more.
